The novel is about an ancient hotel & its’ sheff HAZARI.
The story starts with a hotel , where the master is Bechu Chakrabory. In his hotel, here works Hazari, Ratan, Paddo & many of non-major people. Hazari and Ratan is sheff here and Ratan is his assistant.
Now, here is Paddo, who acts like a master of the hotel.
As the hotel is well knowned to all over the county for the vegetarian dishes. On the place, Ranaghat, railway station and the Churni river is almost close.
Paddo is a lot more forceful to the workers of the hotel.The master Bechu Chakroborti always used to agree all the words of Paddo, even that is wrong.
